Space & Vibe

Zero Waste

At Dust. Kitchen, every ingredient matters. We compost scraps, use whole vegetables from root to leaf, and create menus in the spirit of full resource utilization. Our plant-based, zero-waste kitchen is a manifesto of respect for nature and responsibility for the planet — sustainable vegetarian and vegan dining in Gdańsk (Danzig).

Building History — Imperial Shipyard, Gdańsk

Hall 31B is part of the legendary Imperial Shipyard (Stocznia Cesarska) in Gdańsk, a place where the history of Polish shipbuilding industry was born. Raw concrete walls, industrial structures, and the unique atmosphere of this place inspire us to create cuisine that connects the past with the future. Here, where ships were once built, we now build a new vision of sustainable gastronomy — steps from the European Solidarity Centre (Europejskie Centrum Solidarności) in the 100cznia cultural district.

Concrete & Chlorophyll

Within the raw walls of shipyard hall 31B in Gdańsk, we create plant-based cuisine in the spirit of zero waste. Dust. Kitchen is where industrial history meets the energy of nature — a vegetarian restaurant in Gdańsk's shipyard district (Stocznia Gdańska) for travelers seeking something beyond pierogi.
